Diversity & Organisational Culture
Intercultural understanding is more than knowing cultural differences or having years of international experience.
“Why does this person see things this way?” — Genuine collaboration begins by exploring such moments and reflecting on our own responses.
Do any of these resonate with you?
As an individual...
〇 Struggling to understand your own reactions in intercultural settings
〇 Having extensive international experience, but feeling you are not making the most of it
〇 Sensing that something is not quite right in your interactions with others, but not knowing why
As a team or organisation...
〇 Having a diverse team, but not fully benefiting from its diversity
〇 Struggling to collaborate across cultural, generational or professional differences
〇 Experiencing friction over different values or communication styles
〇 Wanting to strengthen trust and connection across cultures
〇 Wanting to create a psychologically safe workplace
〇 Wanting to build a more adaptable organisational culture

Areas of Focus
I work with multinational and multicultural teams, organisations and individuals on intercultural communication, Cultural Intelligence (CQ), psychological safety and team development that makes the most of diversity.
Depending on your needs, I offer training and workshops that connect knowledge with practice, facilitate dialogue across differences, provide coaching for reflection, and use mediation to turn conflict into deeper mutual understanding.
