Vision

A world where people rediscover their connection with themselves, with others, and with nature —
a world where the richness of living together is deeply felt.
A society guided by awareness, compassion, and awe for all forms of life.

Mission

Through coaching and facilitation, I support individuals and organisations to reconnect with their values,
restore confidence and enthusiasm, and bring care for people and the planet into their everyday choices.
I believe that these small yet consistent acts contribute to nurturing a healthier and more peaceful world.

Nature-Conscious Self-Leadership

What I hold dear in both my work and daily life is the approach I call
“nature-conscious self-leadership.”
I strive to live this way myself - experimenting, reflecting, and learning day by day -

while exploring it together with others.

Nature-conscious self-leadership begins with profound self-reflection - the willingness to pause and look honestly at how we are living in relation to the values we hold dear.
It is a continuous practice of integrating who we are and what we do, in both our personal and professional lives, so that our choices consistently express care and love for all beings -

the Earth, nature, biodiversity, and other humans.

At the heart of this way of living lies inclusion:
honouring diverse perspectives and voices, and creating spaces where everyone can participate in shaping the decisions that affect their own lives and communities.

The way we relate to one another and the way we relate to nature are inseparable.
A truly nature-conscious world is one where compassion, participation, and respect for all forms of life naturally guide how we live and lead.

Grounded in the awareness that we are part of nature,
this practice draws energy, inspiration, and awe from the living world -
and continues to evolve day by day.

My Journey

My journey began when, as a sixth grader,

I was introduced to the world of English by a neighbour I fondly called "Ojisan" (uncle).
He had just retired from a career using English and

was eager to share its beauty and joy with children.
For four years, I learned from him, discovering the wonder of language and the wider world it opened - a formative experience that deeply shaped the course of my life.

Throughout junior high, high school, and university, I loved English and

nurtured a longing to see the world beyond Japan.

After my parents’ divorce when I was small, I was raised by my optimistic and encouraging mother, who always told me, “do whatever you want to do,” even though our life was modest.
While I watched friends leave for exchange programmes abroad,

my first long-term experience overseas came when I was twenty-six.

Since then, I have worked in humanitarian aid and international cooperation,

learning about the power of connection, diversity, and dialogue in many different contexts.

As a single mother, I later moved to the Netherlands with my daughter,
and now live near The Hague with her and my Dutch partner.

Along this journey, I have been supported and inspired by many people -

my mother, “Ojisan,” and the mentors who made my studies in the UK possible.
Thanks to their encouragement, I was able to realise my dream of working internationally,
and continue to nurture new dreams as I walk forward.

That dream is to support individuals and organisations through coaching and facilitation,
helping them reconnect with their own strength and potential.

I wish to accompany those who find themselves at a turning point in life,
who wish to rediscover their dreams and begin anew,
and who aspire to make the world a better place through their own actions.

If something in my story touches your heart, I would be honoured to connect.
