Over the past 25 years, I have worked across international organisations, multicultural environments, and social impact sectors. Today, I create a space where people can pause, reflect, and gain clarity as they navigate professional and personal transitions.

Much of my work focuses on leaders and professionals working in humanitarian assistance, international development, environmental sustainability, peacebuilding, human rights, and other social impact fields.

Over the years, I have coached professionals from a wide range of backgrounds, including staff of international organisations, corporate managers, lawyers, and people working in social impact fields.

Clients come to coaching for many different reasons. Some are stepping into new leadership roles, while others are navigating career transitions, recovering from burnout, facing uncertainty, or seeking greater clarity, purpose, and direction in their lives and work.

Objective

To reflect on personal strengths and values during a career transition and gain clarity about future direction. The client also wished to explore broader questions relating not only to work, but also to family, health, and life as a whole.

Through the coaching process, the client gained a deeper understanding of their thinking patterns and behaviours, while developing new perspectives on challenges related not only to career, but also to family, health, and overall wellbeing.

The client was able to identify their own solutions, clarify priorities, and build a stronger foundation for making conscious and informed decisions.

Later, as the international aid sector faced significant funding cuts, the client was able to approach the resulting uncertainty with greater confidence and resilience. By reconnecting with their strengths and values, they successfully identified a new career direction and transitioned into the private sector.
