Dialogue Salon
on Nurturing Inclusive Spaces

The Dialogue Salon is a 45-minute online gathering
for people interested in facilitation and inclusive space-making - 
a place to think together and deepen our learning through dialogue.

 

This is not a space where someone brings the “right answer,”
nor a place where some teach and others are taught.

 

Instead, we come together with questions such as:
How can we create spaces where every voice is heard and valued?

 

Through open conversation,
we share experiences, insights, and reflections,
discovering new perspectives on facilitation and the practice of dialogue.

 

The Salon takes place every other month,
alternating between Japanese and English sessions.

 

Participation is free,
and everyone with an interest in these themes is warmly welcome.
